Cancellation Policy

1. We understand that sometimes life happens unexpectedly. To be fair, we ask that you give us 24 hour notice if you must cancel or reschedule your appointment.

2. The technician may request half or full cost of a missed service when a minimum of 24 hour notice is not given. 

3. The technician will request that you pre-pay if you rebook an appointment that has not been given 24 hour notice as discussed. 

4. In the unlikely event that you no show and would like to reschedule your appointment, we will require 100% of your service to be paid at the time of booking. 

5. If you are experiencing any symptoms or have come into contact with anyone who has tested positive for Covid-19 in the past 14 days, we kindly ask you to reschedule your appointment.
If you have travelled outside of Canada within 14 days, kindly reschedule your appointment.
Under these circumstances, our 24 hour cancellation policy will be waived.
